Objectives
This proposal seeks to enhance New Zealand’s expertise and technologies in creating next generation computer simulations of digestive function. The proposal will unify the unique skills of researchers from New Zealand, Italy and Germany, and include participants spanning from senior Professors to PhD students. The New Zealand team will travel to Germany and Italy, and the German and Italian teams will travel to New Zealand to share and transfer their skills in biomechanical modelling through direct collaborations with researchers and PhD students, public seminars, conferences and school visits.
